Shipping policy
- Shipments are ex-works PVI warehouse in Florida. This means that once the box has left our warehouse it becomes the sole responsibility of the customer. PVI will not interact with any shipper on behalf of the customer.
We use the finest packing materials available & every effort is made to prevent damage. We often place the product box inside another box for additional protection. Damaged, late or lost Item Claims must be made with the carrier directly . In the event that the carrier has lost the package, PVI does not refund or reship and the item needs to be purchased again. If a special insurance on shipping is not purchased with the carrier, the carrier generally covers only $100 that can be discounted by PVI on the re-order or the lost item. - PVI will provide assistance when needed to open the claim but is not responsible for the claim and the customer has to follow up and purchase again if the item is not found.
- Standard Delivery in USA is free for all registered customers, except for orders of very small items like keystones.
- Express, Overnight, paid options are also available, Saturday Delivery is not available.
- Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 2 to 5 business days in USA, 3 to 8 in Europe. 5 to 15 for the rest of the world depending from the selected Free or Paid Express method.
- Orders received before noon (12PM) EST USA Time on Regular Business days for In-Stock Products generally ships the same day from our warehouse in Florida USA on Business Days Monday to Friday. Please note that shippers DO NOT PICKUP on Saturday or Sunday, therefore shipments will be picked up from Monday through Friday in regular working days. PVI DOES TWICE A YEAR INVENTORY RECOUNT JULY AND DECEMBER, DURING SUCH PERIOD 5 WORKING DAYS OF HANDLING OF EVERY ORDER ARE REQUIRED BEFORE SHIPPING.
- Our Corporation is closed on US Federal and Florida State Mandatory holidays days, as well on particular events we will promptly notify on our store front

International Shipments: The buyer must pay the import duties applied by the local authorities. In other words all fees, brokerage, tax, duties, handling and similar applied by customs are for the buyer's account( customer pays) . If the customer will not pay, the package will be destroyed by customs authorities and the money WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. PVI WILL NOT PAY ON BEHALF OF THE CUSTOMER AND WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN. The customer has 2 DAYS after receiving the package to inspect the goods and verify that all the material has been delivered. PVI will not accept any missing part claims above that period of time. PVI does not accept verbal claims they have to be done in written to [email protected].
BLOCK OUT DATES : Due to inventory recount, the weeks of new year , spring break, fourth of July and Halloween shipments will not take place. Orders received in these weeks will be shipped after reopening.
Merchandise lost in shipment

We use the top carriers available on the market. If you don’t receive your box and you believe was lost, to open a search or claim please call:
- Federal Express (Fed-Ex - 800-463-3339) - Contact your local Fed-Ex office for an inspection report. Follow the instructions of your Fed-Ex representative. Keep a record of the name and extension of the representative.
- United Parcel Service (UPS - 800-742-5877) - Contact your local UPS office for an inspection report. Follow the instructions of your UPS representative. Keep a record of the name and extension of the representative.
- Parcel Post (USPS) –The post office will investigate the claim & make restitution to cover the damage. Keep a record of the postal representative who assisted you with the claim.
Depending on the insurance that you buy at the time of purchase, if you decided to purchase it, the carrier will apply the proper coverage for your damage. Without a paid shipping insurance, UPS will reimburse the shipping cost only. PVI DOES NOT cover shipping damages or re-ship lost items, we ship FOB Origin.
Shipping To NJ,NY,CA,IL and other dangerous areas , the shipment above certain amount might be added with recipient signature for safety reason.
- Specific products such as the Infinium, which are assembled based on the customer specification, have at least 2 working days of handling after the order is placed before being shipped. Infinium orders with large number of encoders or modulator may take 2 weeks for the assembly. For the Infinium line of product in particular there are no returns as the product is assembled by customer's specification. Once the product is picked up by the shipper PVI declines any responsibility if the product is lost or damaged upon arrival, it is the sole responsibility of the final customer.
